What products does Bubba and Co. sell?We sell products from small businesses across Australia and New Zealand. Our products are for babies and kids across different categories, right from apparel to nutrition to skincare and skincare and feeding products for mums and mums-to-be.

What if an item is out of stock?We make every effort to keep all products in stock. However, there may be times when unexpected demands exceed our supply. You can request for an update when the item is back in stock.

I have an issue with my order that I need to discuss.Please e-mail us at support@bubbaandco.com.au or fill in your enquiry details on our Contact Us page. If you have an order number, please include that in the subject of your e-mail.

How can we curate our own gift hamper?To curate your own gift hamper, simply add the gift box under the hamper collection to your cart and add the other products that you would like to go into the hamper. You have an option to customise the box with an engraving of upto 50 characters.

How can we customise a standard gift hamper?To customise the gift box of the standard gift hamper, simply fill in the section asking for any engraving to be added to the box with a name or message with a maximum of 50 characters.

What if I have an allergy or any dietary requirements for products that go into the hamper?In the occassion that there is a perishable product that you do not have an option to choose from, please ensure you add a note while checking out to ensure we meet your requirements. If not, please send us an e-mail on support@bubbaandco.com.au and we will endeavour to help in the best way we can.

What payment methods do you accept?We accept all major debit and credit cards like VISA and Mastercard.

How long will it take for my order to be processed and shipped?Unless a product is indicated as a Pre-order, please allow 1-3 days for orders to be posted. Shipping times can vary depending on your location. Please keep in mind, items ordered on weekends and public holidays may need to be posted the next business day. We try to ensure our products are shipped out in a timely fashion, but they are subject to third party shipping, which may vary in delivery times. For third party shipping information, please check out the Australia Post website from which your item was posted. Bubba and Co. sends out an email once your item is posted with tracking details, so be on the lookout and check spam/junk folders in case it winds up there!

How can I request for an expedited delivery?Our checkout page has an option to expedite shipping by posting via ExpressPost. Extra shipping charged will be borne by the customer. No free delivery available on minimum spend.

Is delivery outside Australia available?Currently, we have delivery available Australia-wide. We hope to slowly expand our services to other countries.

Do you offer free shipping?Yes, standard shipping is available for orders over $120. However, no free delivery is available for express post.
